Linda Borghol is a Registered Associate Social Worker under the supervision of Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Martha Ruiz-Shank, PSY28729. Linda earned her Master’s in Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing both individual and group therapy. Linda is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment and has worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ community, bringing a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach to her practice.
Linda is experienced in supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other impairments that impact daily life. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring her methods to meet each client where they are on their journey.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, Linda offers therapy in both languages, ensuring accessibility and comfort for a diverse range of clients. She believes in the power of collaboration and is committed to working together with individuals to create meaningful change in their lives and in the world.
